Shipping policy

Minimal Wings entrusts the delivery of its orders to an external transport service, which sends the product(s) ordered on the days and times used by the logistics company, to the delivery address indicated by the customer.
On average, the shipping time for orders is 2 working days for non-customized items. In the case of customized pieces, the average dispatch time varies between 2 and 3 working days.
During busy seasons, such as Valentine's Day, Easter, Christmas, Black Friday, among others, the average dispatch time can be up to 5 working days.
Minimal Wings is not responsible for possible delays due to the carrier's own constraints.
The cost of sending the order is the responsibility of the customer and, for each order, this amount is shown automatically during the check-out process.
For orders of jewelry and/or watches with a delivery address in mainland Portugal, the shipping cost is €3.80. For orders of bags and/or jewelry boxes with a delivery address in mainland Portugal, the postage is €4.

For orders of jewelry and/or watches with a delivery address in the Azores or Madeira, the shipping cost is €4.80. For orders of bags and/or jewelry boxes with a delivery address in the Azores or Madeira, the shipping cost is €7.80. Shipments to the Azores or Madeira are made by registered mail.
Minimal Wings will inform the customer of the unavailability of the product(s) ordered, as well as refunding the amount paid, within a maximum of 15 (fifteen) days of becoming aware of the unavailability.
