Refund policy
As ensured by law, Minimal Wings does not allow the exchange or return of any type of earrings or piercings, due to hygiene issues, as well as personalized items according to the customer's requests.
Other items can be exchanged or returned as long as they have not been used by the customer and remain in the same condition of presentation and packaging as when they were sent.
Requests for exchange or return must be expressed unequivocally through the contact provided for this purpose, within a maximum of 14 days of receipt of the order.
The value of the shipping costs involved in the exchange process is the sole responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed when one or more items are returned.
In the event of a return due to a defect or other non-conformity with the products ordered, Minimal Wings will pay the full amount of the shipping costs.
The value of the return will be refunded within a maximum of 14 working days by the same method used by the customer to pay for the order or, alternatively, by another method agreed with the customer.
Any exchange or return is subject to confirmation by Minimal Wings by analyzing the condition of the item(s). After receiving the item(s) at our premises, we will carefully analyze it and the return will only be accepted if the following requirements are met:
a) The product(s) shows no marks of use or handling;
b) The product(s) retain their original characteristics and labels intact;
c) The product(s) are complete and have been sent together with all the material that accompanied the original order.
Any request for an exchange or return must indicate the order number and proof of defect, if any.
Orders to be exchanged or returned must be sent by registered mail to the address indicated by customer service. When sending the order, you must inform Minimal Wings of the order's tracking code using the available means.
